OceanArt is an artificial intelligence powered application that allows users to create and generate videos through features such as photo-to-video transformation and text-based prompts, using ready-made templates.

Results may vary. OceanArt uses AI models to generate video output, and you are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or sharing it anywhere.
The OceanArt application, its templates, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the application itself.
OceanArt offers optional subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly) that unlock additional credits and features. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Photos and prompts you submit are processed on secure servers solely to generate your requested video, and are deleted after processing completes unless retention is required for security or legal purposes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features, templates, and pricing may change at any time.
OceanArt is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
OceanArt relies on third-party infrastructure (including Firebase and RevenueCat) to operate. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OceanArt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to OceanArt for any user who violates these Terms.
